  • Client changes hiring requirements after service initiation
  • Client delays or cancels recruitment after work has started
  • Candidate declines the job offer
  • Client dissatisfaction with candidate performance after hiring

Recruitment services involve time, resources, and operational costs. Therefore, once work has begun, service fees cannot be refunded.

6. Replacement Policy (If Applicable)

In certain manpower supply or recruitment agreements, Nexbiz Innovations Private Limited may offer candidate replacement instead of refunds.

If a candidate leaves the job within a specific period defined in the service agreement, the company may attempt to provide a replacement candidate without additional charges.
