We act as an intermediary facilitator and are not a party to the final employment contract between the Client and the Candidate.

6. Payments and Fees

  • Candidates: Nexbiz Innovations Private Limited does not charge candidates any hidden fees for standard job placements unless explicitly stated for specific premium training or skill-enhancement programs.
  • Clients: Fees for manpower supply, labor contracting, and recruitment services will be charged as per the customized Service Level Agreement (SLA) or contract signed between the Company and the Client.

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) within the stipulated timeframe mentioned in the invoice. Late payments may attract interest as per the agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Nexbiz Innovations Private Limited owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and service marks.
